I believe that a leader should be a voice for the marginalized and disadvantaged, some who strives to uplift the lives of all the citizens of . However, I perceive disconnect between your policies and the needs of the people. I understand that the challenges faced by a leader are vast and complex. However, it is through empathy, dialogue and a willingness to listen to concerns of the people that the true progress can be achieved.
